Snapmet does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Platform, its Services, or any content available on it.

2. No Endorsement or Control Over Content and Services

Snapmet acts solely as an intermediary technology platform that facilitates connections between Users and Creators for chat, audio calls, video calls, and meetings.

The Company does not own, control, supervise, endorse, or guarantee:

• The quality, accuracy, legality, safety, or suitability of any Services provided by Creators.
• The conduct, behavior, truthfulness, or reliability of any User or Creator.
• Any Content, messages, audio, video, or communications exchanged during any session.
• Any outcomes, agreements, or interactions that occur between Users and Creators.

All Services and interactions are provided directly by Creators and consumed directly by Users. Snapmet has no involvement in, supervision over, or responsibility for the actual delivery or content of any booked session.

3. No Professional Advice

Any information, advice, or content provided by Creators on the Platform is for general informational or entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other form of expert advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information received and for seeking independent professional advice when required.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snapmet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage.
• Any damages arising from your interactions with other Users or Creators.
• Any disputes, misunderstandings, or issues between Users and Creators.
• Any technical issues, interruptions, errors, viruses, or security breaches on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

The Company’s total cumulative liability to you, for any reason whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Snapmet is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party sites. Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected.

• Your interactions with any other User or Creator.
• Any Content you post, transmit, or share on the Platform.

Snapmet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, internet disruptions, or strikes.

9. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
